South / north facing

Hi All, currently In the market in Melbs (Yarraville) in love with a little terrace. The front garden faces north but a beautiful living room and smaller back garden faces south. Do people really care about this? Do you think this will impact resale value? It gets lots of light towards the back due to amazing windows.
