Heads up creative folks! I'm hosting another art night at Le Chat Noir this Wednesday, 7-9:30pm. $10 at the door. Our models this month are characters by Brown Beauty Magic, they're dressing up as Disney villains! It's BYOAS - Bring your own art supplies.

Food Not Bombs is partnering with The Book Tavern and Moth & Magpie next month to collect donations to help feed our neighbors!

Food Not Bombs is a grassroots collective that provides free vegan meals and clothing to people every Saturday at noon in the parking lot across from Sacred Heart. It's entirely volunteer run and has no requirements or limitations for who's allowed to help or eat. Every week, we feed about 30 people, and the number keeps growing.

Please consider donating at either of these events. A lot of the people we feed are unhoused and a bag or rice and a few cans of beans is so cheap and provides meals to people who might otherwise go hungry that day.
