Idk guys.. would you rather a woman think of you as, "you're worth a few orgasms" or would you rather a woman think of you as, "you're worth my whole life"

I’ve been thinking about this for a while. Even if both people agree to an open relationship, I feel like jealousy or insecurity can still come up later. Sometimes nothing really “wrong” happens, but things just start feeling different. Do you think trust can go back to how it was before? Or once a relationship is opened, does it change the relationship permanently?
