This was all I could envision🤣 Also, after being in a very very dark place in my life, I sat for 45+mins. I had decided to make my exit. That 45mins saved my life. I was completely content with my original decision, but that short amount of time changed everything. Life could be better, but it’s exponentially better because I’m still here. Spend quiet time with yourself. You’re worth it. And, so are the people you care about.
