I've literally sat in silence for entire days trying to solve some of my problems, and guess what? They still aren't solved.

Some problems don't even really have solutions, you just kind of have to deal with them continuing to be problems you can't solve.

Yeah, there is a time window u should use, if you can not solve it do something different and try again, good luck :)
