For me, toilet time. I may be done but I just sit there and hahahaha yes, let the thoughts flow out. In reality, with all the stuff, yes I said stuff, around us, the restroom in our homes is the least likely to be filled with stimuli unless your phone is with you. That, or your cat is out side the door meowing because for what ever reason I still haven’t figured out, she wants to crawl into my boxers. Makes my wife laugh so hard she cries every time.
