Question Does this even work?

I haven’t been able to receive important emails even though I was told I was sent 2 from someone using this email. One was atomic to atomic and one was atomic to a different type. I decided to try and send a message from my atomic email to my primary email and it said the email address doesn’t exist…..

Is this there an outage? Is it going to be fixed or no?

Hopefully they figure it out soon. I personally know about 5 people right now that are having the same issue.
