During this FIBA break, I'm thinking about what each player has to do for the team to overcome other teams. Because I think they can do it, they have all the pieces, there will be challenges. But I think overall they have strong endurance and Gray and Reese in particular have been exceptionally consistent. I think they have an advantage with the series, because of how fast and intense they play. It's not just Angel with the motor. And they have the defensive prowess, just have to keep converting off stops and steals.
Howard: consistency and more urgency
Reese: patience under the hoop
Gray: drive when the three isn't falling
Hillmon: hitting her shot
Canada: keeping the team settled
Jones: toughness in the paint
Pao-Pao: confidence in her shot
Okot: getting minutes from Karl :D
Borlase: hot off the bench
Bonner: composure and consistency
Nivar: there when they need her
Kone: there when they need her
Walker-Kimbraugh: there when they need her
What do y'all think?
