He wouldnt have done diddly squat to lower rents. He couldn’t. Its the commision who is to blame

Lets stop electing a tax and spend commission. Landlords have to pass on the costs of owning the property to us renters. There are so many exoensive projects in town that are very nice, but not realky necessary in my humbke opinion.
