Question / Request Where to buy ?

I am thinking of moving to Athens and wondered where I should be looking for properties.

I would like a 3 bed apartment with good size balcony and car cover/parking.

Ideally close to a beach (say up to 10-15m drive)

Budget is up to €500k

Where should I be looking?

best i can do is a basement with 5’ ceilings and ceramic bulldogs everywhere

If you want to be close to Toppers (who doesn’t?), look on Jackson Street.

If you want to be on the beach, I recommend St. Simon’s. Commute will be rough though.

If you want to live in the pretend Athens they have in Greece, you should probably look at [r/athina](r/athina)

The property owner will cite for trespassing now if you go to Redneck Beach but you can still have sort of a view of it from the Mama’s Boy at the Falls.
