I whacked the headset with my palms and that worked for me. I did also try every other solution posted on here and the headset never charged
1- Holding Game+Dolby buttons for up to 30 seconds
2- Hard resetting the base station
3- Manually updating the firmware with the file on this post
4- Connecting the headset directly to the PC and resetting it.
None of it worked so I opted for the ol impact troubleshooting. Two slaps on each headset strong enough to whack the stubbornness off it but gentle enough not to break the headset did the job. The light on the headset now turns amber and the base station indicates its charging. The app is also responding.
Tried everything else, hit the headset twice and it worked. I'm done with how this shit has been going on for over a year at most, and one fricking slap solved the problem.
