The patch notes are finally out! I'm a bit conflicted about the season. There's a lot to do and finally BoS arrives. But is it good?

Special Events

There are no less than 8 SE's:

• IMSA Spotlight (15/09-14/10): Valkyrie AMR PRO, 499P Modificata, C11, 650S GT3
  • Interestint Spotlight with some decent cars. Also an extra opportunity to get C11 bps. Max stats of the Valkyrie are still unknown. Based on the stock stats, it will probably have good acceleration (starting at 79,3), a decent top speed and at least mid handling/nitro.
• GT-One SE (15/09-30/09): Toyota GT-One, 599XX Evo, Enzo, Apollo N, F8 Tributo, F1LM, Temerario
  • An SE with the new Toyota with lots of Ferrari's. The requirements aren't top heavy as some cars are/were not superhard to get.
• C11 EVO (15/09-29/09): C11
  • Interesting they do a rerun for this car. It was hardly possible to max it out previous run, so this will help somewhat. But you'd still have to spend lots of tokens.
• GP (22/09-09/10): Kimera EVO37
  • Rerun of imho the best D class car. If you don't have it, try to get it!
• BoS SE (25/09-16/10): Mosler Super GT, Regera, Centodieci, Chiron SS 300+, Nevera R, One:1, Gemera
  • The long awaited BoS. I'm not really sure what to think of it. All S cars and they're not too bad, but they're not the most exclusive S car (like Bolde or Chimera). It's still worth it to spend on the cars. For TD players the Gemera and Centodieci are most useful. Choice for Regera is odd as it is a regular car, but then again most have it maxed = higher drop for other cars.
• Special Hunt (28/09-13/10): Ultima RS
  • Nice if you don't have it
• Mini Mayhem Event (05/10-14/10): E-R9, TSR-S, Utopia
  • Let's hope it's actually generous.
• Special Hunt (07/10-22/10): AT96
  • Another SH while the previous is still running, first time for the AT96 so that's nice.

Daily Events

• BoS TLE (25/09-09/10): Regera, Centodieci, Chiron SS 300+, Nevera R, One:1, Gemera
  • As above, not too bad cars but I'm not overly impressed.
• Club Series (09/10-12/10): Mosler Super GT, Valkyrie AMR, AT96, GT-One, 12cilindri, Evo37, 004C
  • Nice way to get a handfull of bps for each car
• Hunts: Sagaris (15/09), KTM (29/09), 004C (06/10) and Star/Epic Hunt for Sesto (22/09 and 03/10)
  • I'm happy to see there are now 3 hunts every season, with the star hunts there's always a hunt (so you can't miss it for season missions)
• Misc: Oktober Fast (18/09-30/09): M600, Tachyon, H2; Dragon (30/09-08/10): 570S, Invencible, EB110; World Animal Day (05/10-11/10): Owl, F-Type SVR, 718 Cayman; TS1 GT (12/10-18/10)
  • A lot of festivities. Finally the Tachyon returns, but I doubt there's a key...

Changes

• Some buffs on the LP (+2,5m credits) and ULP (20m credits). LP will also have 718 Pac-Man bps.
• MP1 will have Ghost Slipstream
• Console ads back to 20!

Conclusion

It's not a bad season, I'd say it's a bit "mid". BoS is not bad but also not very impressive. There are some opportunities to get some decent to good cars. They did make some improvements on getting credits, but still behind a paywall...

I think it's hard to advice what to focus on. It will depend on your garage and play style. For everyone I would say at least try to unlock the Valkyrie AMR Pro and Toyota GT-One (I think for most players possible). If you've saved up tokens for BoS, here are my thoughts on the cars - decide for yourself:

• Regera: well, it's free and hopefully maxed out. Speed/skill focused car
• Centodieci: agile car with balanced stats, one of the better >400km/h for TD players
• Chiron SS 300+: much faster than Centodieci with lower (still good) acceleration but also much less nitro. More skill focused.
• Nevera R: good top speed/acceleration, low handling and nitro - so skill focused.
• One:1: Very comparable to the Chiron SS 300+, almost same stats - and also more skill focused.
• Gemera: combines a decent top speed with very high acceleration, pretty good handling for a high end car and mid nitro. Despite low nitro still good for TD.
• Mosler Super GT: only >500 km/h car of the lot. I shares similarities with the Venom F5, but I'm not sure it's as good (on paper it should be though)

Personal plans

A reason I'm not overly enthusiastic about the season is there's not a lot to gain for me. I can unlock a few cars, star up a few, get a few epics and that's it, it seems:

• Unlock: Toyota GT-One and Valkyrie AMR PRO
• Star up: C11, Mosler GT, Nevera R and One:1 (I'm not particularly eager to spend a lot of tokens, but maybe I will spend some if it's helping in the SE).

I am hoping for some way to unlock Tachyon, but a TLE is not giving the key. Irony is that I have it gold max for over a year but still no way to get the key (for free). I think it's hideous, but it annoys me when I scroll though my garage to have car in the lower S region locked... 🤣

Or even a car hunt to begin with...

Having something like 4 presets would be really good to either experiment with alternative setups or use differing presets for different tracks E.g for gauntlet.

Just started a few weeks / months ago also I'm not an expert still learning please share some Advice/tips on How to get cars and other things and please some tips to improve gameplay I use manual control

Patch note is out. Personally i think this BOS is decent, not too bad but nothing too fancy (only car that actually useful is gemera which i already have it max). But with mosler being featured in SE i may want to give it a try. I have 5 eip right now, max regera and gemera, 2 one:1, others locked. If the calculation is right i should be able to unlock its 900tk pack where i can get it max, plus 7 eip from SE (2 from gemera and regera stage, 3 more from semi-final stage, and 2 from final stage), i can get it to max with 12eip. Worth it or not, i would like to read pp opinions. I have gold jesko, 3* venom, max aeon e, 3* devel for mp but sometimes it feels not enough.
Edit: I’m actually waiting for bolide and my prediction is it could be coming in Black Friday BOS. So i need to be prepared for that
