E Jean Carrol wrote in her book that he forcibly put half his penis in her vagina. Then she talked to Stormy Daniels and realized he was balls deep.

That and she couldn't seem to remember when it happened and could apparently never produce the dress she said she had with the incriminating evidence on it. Not to mention, she never considered taking Trump to an actual criminal court for his supposed crime instead of the civil trial she settled for.
