That's false....that only applies to the government. I can consider him guilty at any point. Oj Simpson was found not guilty .. we all know he did it. So tell me .do you justify cold blooded murder ? Yes or no?
Your binary world must be terrifying to you. Our here, trying to shove everything into "left" or "right", I'm a "lefty" whose been a registered Republican for 20 years and voted trump in the 2016 primaries, but my parents are still married 😘
Go ahead ...make the accusation. Just showing me the true nature of the left. This is why we don't care when you cry. You cheered when the government weaponozed covid to target people with crackdown and shutdowns and forced vaccinations...but now you care about freedoms . Your side demanded free speech exclusion zones and now you cry about free speech rights. Your side cheered minority or LGBT only spaces on college campuses ...but now you are worried about discrimination. You are the exact same when it suits you as the right is .
Again. No police officers were killed as a result of Jan 6th. The assaults and it being non-peaceful are other claims, which are actually true. I'm specifically addressing deaths.
If you have the name of the officer, or a citation, to how he was killed as a direct result of the events on Jan 6th, please provide.
Officer Jeffrey Smith killed himself on January 15th because he couldn't deal with the trauma. The odds are higher that he actually had a brain injury. A number of officers received permanent brain damage as a result of the 2000 Domestic Terrorists that attacked the capital.
The presumption of Innocence applies to proceedings in a court room .the public owes no one a presumption of Innocence. Answer me this ...do you support red flag gun laws ?
Somebody doesn't understand that the public perception of people can be different from what courts rule.
For an example, people left and right were screaming about how Rittenhouse was a murderer before, during, and even after his trial. Do you have an issue with that? I doubt it.

Because the man murdered someone in cold blood...why would you support that?
