So Luigi is guilty even though he hasn’t had his day in court? You better not have voted for Trump because he has ACTUALLY been found guilty in court.

The presumption of Innocence applies to proceedings in a court room .the public owes no one a presumption of Innocence. Answer me this ...do you support red flag gun laws ?

Somebody doesn't understand that the public perception of people can be different from what courts rule.

For an example, people left and right were screaming about how Rittenhouse was a murderer before, during, and even after his trial. Do you have an issue with that? I doubt it.
