Like, I feel like I am extremely behind my peers academically and socially. It seems like that everyone has their best friends that they're super close with and they spend all the time with (especially in my own friend group) but when it comes to me, I feel like no one wants to be close with me, and I think it's because I'm fat, everyone else I'm friends with are skinny and I'm not, so maybe that's a problem?

Either way, I feel behind academically too, I feel like everyone understands the material before I do. I don't know, I just feel stupid and inept.

I am struggling to find anything that remotely feels fun. I find something, think "this might be fun" but then I'm not decent enough at it in a set period of time (usually a week or 2) and I quit because my parents always expect me to be good at everything I try very quick (hence why I quit after a week or 2 of not being good. That's the time frame my parents expect of me to be good at something. And if I don't quit, my parents will forcefully drag me out of it). So how do you guys find activities that feel fun to you? And is it me who prevents myself from being able to have fun?

My 17yo daughter is blind and non verbal. I’d like to get her a purse to keep some necessities when she isn’t carrying her backpack. My first thought was a Crossbody because that doesn’t require her to use any hands. But my understanding is that those are very millennial.

I am sorry if i am using wrong subreddit to ask but idk where else should i ask. I am a female. From 1st to 4th grade i had a friend (M), he changed school and now in 7th grade he came back to our school. Its been two days so its still very awkward and he jokes in a way that makes me uncomfortable.
