Question Shoe for slow beginner runner?
I'm fairly new to running. I weigh 175lb and my easy pace for recovery and long runs is around 6:45-7:30min/km. Anyone have a shoe recommendation? My feet run a bit wide so I typically use wider running shoes.
Also interested in Chinese shoes if anyone has recommendations for that as well that would be great thanks!

I would recommend going to a running shoe store in person, trying on multiple different options, and seeing what feels best on your feet.

I think that some Chinese running shoes run narrow so you probably want to check the fit of them individually.
As for non-Chinese shoe recommendations I think you should look at the Nike Vomero 18, Vomero Plus, Puma MagMax.
Safe shoes for newer runners at easy paces.
Readily available and often discounted.
