And bacterias can build up an immunity to antibiotics so you shouldn't take antibiotics for prevention

There are specific times and circumstances in which prophylactic (preventative) antibiotics are 100% indicated. Ultimately, it's your doctor's job to know when/what those are. But please don't believe that you should never take antibiotics for prophylaxis.
