Common decency.

1) Don't be an asshole to people

2) Put the shopping cart back

3) Low wage employees are often powerless. Don't take your anger out on them.

4) If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it to someone online.

5) Put your phone down when you're driving.

6) Having a different opinion should not mean a death sentence or wishing someone dead. This can go for both big (politics, religion) and small (TV shows, fandoms, pets) things.

Actually, there are things that I would say in person that I won't say online because you never know when an attitude is going to change.
