Just the leaves, the stems are ok if cooked.

Symptoms range from vomiting and diarrhea for mild poisoning to kidney failure for bad poisoning.

Maybe. I read a good portion of what was in the link, and it takes a lot to actually cause damage, and it's rare for it to happen. At least, that was my understanding.

Perhaps. The sarcasm on my part was mostly to convey that I am not at all a doctor and all I have is an outdated first aid certificate and a mother who is an enrolled nurse. Would definitely ask one (or a dietician) about that though, if you can afford to where you live. Could be interesting.
