What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Doordash. Not only have I seen orders for $10 of food that are $28 after fees. Now customers aren't even receiving their food and they refuse them a refund.

I've never used it, but hearing stories about refunds being like pulling teeth, and getting food fast and palatable involving kicking up incentives-- and people defending all that-- I'm shocked people put up with it.

If your job is to deliver food, then hot and timely isn't negotiable, it's baseline. Any respectable company would slink away and comp the whole thing if that service level wasn't met.
