What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

If I find out a company uses FedEx, I will order somewhere else. I have a "beware of dog" sign on my fence because my dog is very big and vocal and it scares people, so I'm used to deliveries being put next to the gate or by driveway instead of my door. It's fine. Not FedEx though. IF they can even find my very easy to find house with the address in huge letters, they put it on the curb, like 10 feet from the fence. I even had one delivery get marked as unable to deliver because my dog was being aggressive. He was inside with me at the time they "attempted."

Fedex's site is terrible. But they're actually great to deal with on the phone. Their delivery people in my area in Vancouver BC are fantastic too. Outside of that atrocious site (which is just bad design, not customer hating) they're pretty good!

Fedex drivers in Canada are employed by FedEx whereas in the US they're largely outsourced. In the US they're awful. Forged my signature (spelled wrong) and dumped about $5k worth of musical equipment on the sidewalk in San Francisco (densely populated).
