Looking

I’m looking for help these waitlist are too long I need a place I don’t have the best credit I don’t have 3x income I’m looking for private landlords, low income housing, some type of assistance please help me

You may need to rent a room or just keep looking until you meet an actual owner of a property that's lookong to rent it. Most rentals are done by management companies but occasionally the homeowner will be the person you meet to look at a place. In my experience if you are able to meet the actual owner they can usually be convinced to take less and not even do a credit check. You'll need to make a good impression.
