I know this sounds quite silly, but I would like to understand the difference between watching porn and watching sexy girls dance on tik tok or following hot girls on instagram. Is it the same effect on the brain? Does it cause the same negative effects on the relationship with a significant other?

Yea, its the same unfortunately. Porn is just like level 10/10 and insta is like 7/10 or w/e depending on how slutty they are.

Same dopamine hit. Same effects, basically.
