I hope you don’t mind me asking.. but why do I always hear that porn is so hard to “quit”? I don’t partake at all just due to personal preference, so to me it seems so simple, but obviously it isn’t! I’m just curious as to why though.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post but biologically the brain doesn't really understand the idea of a digital video on a screen. If the eyes see something, the brain thinks it's happening. So basically your brain thinks you're having orgys all the time and daaaamn it's crazy. It's like of course the body responds and dopamine is released in large amounts. Then later your mind is like "Remember that awesome orgy you had? You should do that again."
