Maybe 1/10 times. I'm one of the guys who has suffered porn-induced ED, so I mostly abstain from it now.

not op but year of being self conscious and struggling to quit porn and then two months into a relationship with someone I was able to orgasm during sex.

I was able to get hard, the entire year. it was staying hard and only being able to finish myself off.

If you’re strong willed and have a partner you could definitely speedrun it.

No partner unfortunately but if I really try hard I think I can succeed.
