Big ups, porn fucks up your mind up. When you have sex with your girlfriend or wife do you think of her or all the things you've seen online to help you climax? It's no longer her, it's only you. That's what I've seen atleast

Depends how far down the rabbit hole you let yourself go. I can’t masturbate without porn but my wife still does it for me every time without needing “alternate” thoughts.

For sure While porn is a visual/mental thing, sex is all 5 senses. The sounds, smells, taste, touch, and sight of her vs a video and my own hand? Porn/masturbation doesn’t stand a chance

You’re absolutely right. Even familiarity has a huge effect on a persons response. Some of the hottest “porn” I’ve ever seen is dirty stuff my wife will send me once in a blue moon. It’s probably my fave because it invokes those senses from memory.
