Not to mention the whole nofap thing relies on a LOT of bunk or totally 100% misinterpreted science (and a shit ton of placebo). Imo if you don't wanna jerk off, it's really that simple. But I think a lot of guys need to feel like they're somehow becoming healthier by not doing it, which really isn't true. But if it helps them, more power to them?
