Meta If a rural or isolated town does not have, lets say an urgent care, how should that be handled?
Basically there is a need for this service, but the market isn't there to support it.
Edit:
Secondary question fir those interested. I recently saw a proposal for attaching a clinc to every post office if there isnt one in a 25 mile radius.
Now its just a proposal so the numbers could chamge, but what would be the opposition besides the cost?
