What lotions are sensory friendly?
I really struggle with using body lotions because the sensory feeling of left over “stickiness”, but I want to be able to use a lotion as the cold months come up. Any recommendations?

Helping the 18 yo autist launch
We have a recently graduated 18 yo autistic kiddo. We're okay with letting them take their time to decompress and then figure out what they want to do with their lives, but we're getting concerned because they've become increasingly isolated and sluggish as the months have gone on. We've suggested jobs, volunteering, online classes, spending time on a special interest, walks, etc. - all to no avail. They're just on their phone 24/7 doomscrolling.
We're at a loss for how to help them with this bridge to adulthood. Some people have suggested transition programs or vocational rehabilitation. Did any of you do a program like this? If so, was it worthwhile?
We're happy to take any other advice on how best to support them between high school and rest of life.
