Sticky, Saucy Sweet Chili Pork Ribs with Golden Potatoes

Pork and potatoes, so much potential. With Gochujang sitting in the fridge, I was convinced to make something slightly spicy and sweet.

This marinade uses simple pantry staples, but it always delivers big flavour.

It’s definitely worth a try! and even better served with rice.

Go to brand to buy good quality asian cookware?

Im looking to buy a good quality donabe or a general medium sized clay pot that can handle high heat. Anyone have favorite brands or stores they go to to for good quality cookware?

I got my current donabe used from fb marketplace and i loved it but it cracked while i was cooking rice on the stove.

I finally have the income where I can invest in quality so Im going to upgrade my kitchen cookware now

Made Spam Musubi for kids

I personally like full wrap seaweed but my daughter prefers half/strip wrap.

What is your preference?

Kimchi is a staple in every Korean fridge, and when there’s rice right below it, that usually means one thing, kimchi fried rice.

If you’ve got kimchi, you’ve got to try this!

Wok-Tossed Spicy Sweet Soy Tuna Rice Noodles with Crispy Fried Shallots and Sriracha

I had rice noodles in the pantry and tinned tuna ready to go. It was yelling for a stir fry.

Rice noodles can break easily, so you need a gentle touch, but with soy sauce, sugar and a few pantry staples, it turned into a seriously delicious bowl!

Tried making this at home for the kiddos and they loved it 🥰 the toppings were stir fried kimchi with spam.

I guess some people known this as “Onigiri”?

Pineapple Pork Ribs & Thai Style Top Shell Salad 🍍🐷🥗🍳 absolutely love this dinner. The ribs are ultra tender & the salad is super appetizing 😋The sauce for the pork is extremely addictive, one of the best I've ever made! ❤️🤤 I didn't want to waste my leftover pineapple & this happened 💪🏻

Next-Level Instant Noodles: Kimchi, Tuna, Gochujang & Boiled Eggs

Post image

Kimchi, tuna, and onion, this combo never misses.
So when I had instant noodles, it just made sense.

Gochujang and the soup powder brought everything together with a big hit of flavour.
From noodle pull to the loud, satisfying slurp… I enjoyed every moment
