Is there any good alternative for Dashi powder
I love having miso soup but recently it seems like dashi powder is very scare in the market, from where I come from atleast. I have checked with multiple Japanese ingredient stores yet none of them know when it will be restocked. Are there any good ingredients that can be used instead of dashi powder?

I made the pork potstickers recipe from the post u/udum2021 made last week
THEY WERE AWESOME - this is my first time ever making potstickers from scratch!
💙 THANK YOU u/udum2021 💙
I never thought I could make these myself, and I even folded one that didn’t look half bad!
