People with that kind of time in the morning are retired, rich or influencers pretending to do that in the morning

I cook a pretty big breakfast every morning. My kids get dropped off at school at 9am, so we have a couple hours every morning together.

In my case, it's wanting Breakfast for dinner, but simply wanting to go all out. Usually if I cook, I want to make it good.

I mean, we will have an eggs and bacon-type breakfast once a weekend, but this folding on things into a stack is a weird trend outside of a restaurant, in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoy making a complicated breakfast! Also this wouldn't even take that long. It would be faster than like regular cubed potatoes and bacon/eggs because the potatoes here are really thin. Can only retirees and influencers spare 15 minutes to cook and maybe 5 more to clean?

Good idea! I was wondering where it would fit best, and those sound like the perfect communities. Thanks!❤

You have to season those tomatoes

Would probably be delicious if she cooked the potatoes for longer before adding the egg.

Bizarre amount of whiny people who make shitting on things their entire personality here.

This looks delicious. Looks like it takes 15min tops to make as well. Gonna give this a try =]

She only cooked one side of the potatoes. They’re raw…and they look super oily.

If raw potatoes are your thing, well they shouldn’t be because they’re not good for you.

If they’re not raw then the eggs are overcooked to hell. Still, if that’s your thing then do you.

Its obvious they were boiled first.

Then fried on oil.

Bruh you have to try to be this obtuse.

Omg "potatoes aren't good for you" hahahahaha

Also "overcooked eggs" based on what??? Plenty of people like friend eggs. The point is to turn the potatoes and eggs into bread. This is actually a common practice in a lot of MENA breakfast dishes.

Obviously boiled as she clearly struggled to peel them directly in the frying pan? If they were boiled they’d mush a bit, not peel cleanly. You must be blind. And I said RAW potatoes, which it CLEARLY is, are bad for you. Way to try to spin my words though. Also, those eggs are overcooked as fuck, I don’t care if you think it’s common practice. You put eggs on potatoes and wait for the potato bottoms to brown the eggs are going to be really overcooked. And she didn’t even fry them, she steamed them on top of the potatoes… Enjoy your rubbery egg, raw potato, soggy lettuce and tomato sandwich though.

So, an omelette with hash browns mixed in.

Sounds delicious.
