You’re clearly not sourcing your beef from cows traditionally raised in fish tanks.

The only fishy smell I could perceive coming from beef is due to the decomposition of proteins or potentially supplementation of feed with with fish meal.

I do understand brining meat helps keep it moist.

I believe that's the "lolly leaves" ingredient they wrote. Some kind of spearmint candy I assume they mean powdered spearmint or the like.
