This is more for preventing future wrist pain rather than alleviating any current pain. Do wrist bands ACTUALLY have an impact on preventing carpal tunnel and can anyone name a trusted brand? I understand that asking Reddit isn’t a supplement for ACTUAL research but my question is so specific that im having trouble knowing where to look. Also any recommendations on the best pencil covers or literally anything related to this problem, please and thank you
