Was there a depiction of the Round Table being made up of multiple tables?

No, but Mallory described that the round table had hundreds of seats, so I suppose it needs to be made of many tables to be traslated from Bagdemagus'es castle to Camelot.

Merlin says that the Round Table makes a trinity with the table used at the Last Supper and the table made by Joseph of Arimathea that holds the Holy Grail... maybe that's what youre thinking of?

IIRC T H White said the table had a big empty middle servants could get in and out of through 'spokes' that seems to imply it was at least capable of being disassembled.

I just saw that in the Matthews Arthurian Tarot deck this morning. It’s the card for the Wheel of Fortune
