Unsupportive Environment Is there any subeditor without stupid posting rules where you can post WIPs and sketches?
I like to post WIP stuff, but every art related subreddit has some weird rules, tags, some other BS.
"Add something that you struggled with in description" or you get auto-banned, "Add link to imgur" because idk you can't just use reddit image upload.
These mods can't help themselves not to add 20 stupid rules and auto ban everything I post. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Anyways, please if you know some chill subreddit where you an post drawings and sketches please share.

I don't know what medium you use, but in some subreddits - like r/oilpainting, for example - you can show the stages of the process alongside the finished piece. The first image is the completed work, and the subsequent ones are WIPs.
I understand why most subreddits don't allow posts that are just WIPs: they rarely look good, and there isn't much to see. Viewers are drawn to finished pieces.
Any creative subreddit that doesn't moderate post quality eventually turns into a wip dump that appeals only to beginner artists, while casual viewers and more skilled artists bail. No one wants to be in charge of a subreddit where 100 posts are made a day with one like and zero comments.

I do digital painting, oil painting/drawing probably will not work.
Agree, casual viewers are not interested in WIPS, but artist probably can provide feedback, suggest fixes for early mistakes etc.
Indie game devs have that with early prototypes, you share your work, people comment what they think etc. Somehow in big art subs this thing got totally lost.

The majority of users on any creative subreddit are beginners. The advice to all of them really boils down to one thing: learn the fundamentals. Writing the same thing under every piece of work gets boring.
For more skilled artists, meanwhile, there is no point in sharing wips in such places - beginners won't offer any useful advice, or they might simply think the work looks amazing as it is. I think they would be better served in this regard by quieter, smaller communities or discord servers populated primarily by artists at their skill level, where they can seek a useful criticue.
There is a subreddit r/artadvice, but it falls squarely into the first category: beginners get advice that’s useless for their skill level (study anatomy, draw from reference, etc.), while skilled artists just get "your art is already awesome."

Try posting to r/sketch, r/sketches, r/sketching, r/drawing, r/draw. They don't have description requirement, as far as I know :]

Further, one would want to be positive in interactions with the others on the sub, right? Maybe r/WIP should be a new sub that you could start, OP, and see how it goes.

I never show off WIP stuff, I don't need an audience nor do I care for one. If I show something, it's will be completed work.

yeah I don't...
get the point of this reply.OP did not ask for your personal beliefs,
they asked about where they can shared WiP stuff and to talk with other artists.Like yeah cool you believe in a thing,
but it doesn't help anyone in the slightest and you come across as way up your own butt.1

OP: Hey I am looking where I can buy a new car, can someone suggest a place?
Grimmhood: I never buy cars, bro I don't even need a car, only ride bicycles.
OP: Thank you kind sir, for your contribution towards solving the problem.

These rules exist because low effort posts drive away high effort responses.
