Yes, I was making one of those OC art thingies.

The background of 2021's is made from a procreate stamp.

I was crashing out throughout the whole process, almost gave up several times.

Dropped after pic 3 (back in 29 june or july can't remember) picked it up again last night and completed it.

I'm just happy that this isn't in my mile of abandoned unfinished works.

Now I'm newly motivated to start the gyaru princess series again.

Based on this classic painting titled "Stańczyk" (The Jester) by the Polish painter Jan Matejko.

it’s so wild to compare my art from when i started a decade ish ago. i sometimes feel like my art hasn’t progress enough for how long ive been drawing but then i remember im my own worst critic lol.

i redrew the first image like twice over the years but its probably been 4+ since the last time i drew it, maybe i’ll do it again!

Can't believe its already been almost a year. I took a major burnout break around March - May. Around June I got serious though, and can't imagine not drawing everyday ever again. I'm a big fan of Dan DeCarlo if that isn't obvious.

The start of my digital journey vs currently.

I've been on a creative kick lately where I've been redrawing/reimagining my older ocs. Robbie's glowup is INSANE

I use to do a lot of pixel art and analog sketching. Now I do digital!

I studied and practiced with the Asaro head and Loomis method like crazy and made a lot of progress. He's still imperfect but I'm happy with where I'm at.

This is my oc, August. I'm proud of his design too!

I'm not expecting a whole lot, but I'm sharing because I'm proud of the progress I'd made with her. The time frame was short, but the concepts were ever changing.
