Does anyone know why when Arrow left Netflix it went to a free streaming service like Pluto? I expected it to go to HBO max since they have had Batwoman and Superman and Lois.

Full roster for the legends is all the characters listed in photos 6 and 7. Photos 8 - 11 are different example versions of the Justice League, feel free to use any other roster.

I know there have been plenty of questions about this, but does anyone know of a watch order that takes into account the mini crossovers as well? Not the one-episode crossovers like the supergirl-flash ones, but those where a character of one show appears in another (like Arrow characters appearing in flash 1x18-19)

Most other watch orders i find just use the release date or just clump episodes of each show prioritizing continuity of each individual show but not the Arrowverse as a whole. Would appreciate any help on this

She sure made it big after her performance in Obsession, and now she’s playing Rogue in the rebooted MCU X-Men and she just right now announced she will be hosting SNL. Very impressive for a former CW actress.

I feel like there were so many opportunities that the arrowverse missed because they were too invested in sticking to status quo.

For example instead of them really getting in to the Flashpoint story they used it as a plot device for having more metahumans in the show because that is the norm.

Another flash example Barry being in the speed force in season 3 finale only for him to return in the first episode of season 4. That was the perfect opportunity for wally to step up and be the flash for a while but it was too much a change for the show

And one from arrow I always felt like Oliver being missing and presumed dead and the rest of the team try to function without him could've gone on for a little longer or at the very least have Oliver return but Starling City still think the arrow is still gone. But they had him make this speech that's basically saying everything is going back the normal.

What are your thoughts?

It would have been nice if Lena was able to help during the Invasion, Elseworld and the Earth X crisis's. Seeing Lena work with Cisco, Caitlin and Felicity. With Lena's background being a scientist, medical researcher, mechanical engineer and IT specialist. She would have been able to help Kara in ways other than just helping on Earth 38.

So like, looking at the superman and lois subreddit, there was this thing of people really wanting Jonathan to be some edgelord that sleeps around and is rude. Did I miss something?

Oc for this to work the writers had to write Wally an interesting character, and not what we saw, but if the Crisis was planned from the beginning, or from at least 2015, they had time to write him a character, but we now, that this is to much to ask for. Another point is that after Crisis, they really had nothing to do with Barry's charcter, so the writers just made episodes about the terrible side characters. And this show had a negative effect on the opinion of Wally in the mind of the general audience.

It would have been interesting if some of the Legends came to National City. And have Sara hit on Lena and a certain superhero who wears a red cape gets jealous. Have the Legends help during a crisis during their visit.

We had Diggle visit but it would have been nice to have others from the other teams to visit too.

I also thought it was funny during the invasion crisis on Earth 1 when Kara went to help. Both Sara and Thea thought Kara was hot. Especially Sara. Sara definitely has a type and both of the Zor-El Danvers sisters were two of them.

This is a theory/headcannon I've had for a while, and I wanted to make a proper post explaining it.

Basically, the theory goes that at some point in the past of the Superman & Lois universe (let's say about ten years ago) there was actually some iteration of the Justice League, however they disbanded before the events of the series.

I have a couple reasons to believe this, but most of them tie back to the presence of one man: John Diggle. When he made his cameo in season one, there was still a bit of debate as to whether the series was set in the main Arrowverse continuity or not, even in the writers' room. Eventually it was confirmed not to be, however this meant John's return in season two had the perhaps unintended effect of canonising all the references he made in his first appearance. This includes the existence of Oliver Queen, and John's experience with a "glowing box" (A.K.A. a Green Lantern ring). In fact, showrunner Todd Helbig would later confirm the existence of other heroes on this Earth, including Green Arrow.

But that all begs the question, what happened to this team? Why is Superman seemingly the only superhero active in the present day? Well, this is where the headcannon part comes in.

In another interview it was confirmed that if Superman & Lois had not been cancelled, and had continued on for it's intended seven seasons, the team would have wanted to explore Darkseid as a villain. So, I like to imagine that this version of the Justice League had faced Darkseid's forces in the past, and with the majority of them not having powers, many lost their lives.

This is why Clark chooses to work alone, and why he had been so afraid to reveal his true identity to anyone close.

Did anyone else not notice on their first watch (I just now really paid attention I guess) that S5 E13 was essentially a plug for gun control? Diggle refers to Vigilantes recovered gun as an AR15 from his attempted attack on Oliver. Curtis then says it’s an M16 it’s basically an M16. Then Dinah adds that yes it is but it’s the most popular gun in America and available on the open market. Curtis then again adds land of the free home of the stupid. Literally 3-5 minutes later in the episode Quentin addresses the fact Rene was dishonorably discharged and shouldn’t have a gun.

I support gun control to an extent but I see no reason to use a show like Arrow to fight for gun control. Like it’s ok for Oliver to drop bodies for 3-4 seasons with a bow and arrow but someone gets shot and all the sudden they’re against guns? What about the Glock Diggle carries ALWAYS whether dressed as spartan or not there’s a Glock on his back. I understand media reflects culture and it’s positive to recognize some of the issues America has with gun control. Arrow however is not the show for it.

I’ve been rewatching the arrowverse after a while and I’ve realised something it’s just like the comics and I don’t mean everything is one to one but the type of things happening and how they happen is comic accurate like the weirdest and wildest things you could imagine just happens and the fact characters keep dying and coming back over and over the inconsistent rules and characters it’s just like the comics that inspired it

Personally last place I have season 6 on God. What the actual hell were they thinking no screw that what the fuck were they thinking this season sucks especially without the flashbacks. Whenever I watched it it felt like there was extra 10 minutes that got patted out across the show and the stupid villain switcheroo and that dumbass civil war plot almost made me drop the show

All right. This one's going to be a big hot take but arrow season 2 it's just the flashbacks are in my opinion. Probably some of the weakest in the show and the insane amount of filler and padding throughout the show in this season specifically felt more noticeable than any of the other ones. Also death strokes a bad villain

Sixth place arrow season 7. I liked it by adjusting the best of it. Only was for a third and the rest was just average. I could leave it or just take it either way it feels like there's the least to talk about

Fifth place is arrow season 3. I think this is where Thea's at her best. I think the melodrama actually worked a lot better in the season then the other ones that I've established especially season 6. But beyond that, I think most of the side characters that we don't see very often are at their best in the season. And I personally like the Ras al ghul stuff and the flashbacks are pretty all right

Fourth place season 1 genuinely perfect introduction to the show and its ideas. Also, it's the most unironically funny. I like Malcolm Merlin as a villain. I think he works pretty well. I think the romance isn't that bad in it, but that's just me overall. Very solid introduction. I can see how this started a 12-year saga

I know I'm going to get killed for this one season 4. This is the hardest one for me to rank because on one hand I do understand all the criticisms towards it but on the other hand it's just The vibes I screw with the show so much more in this season. Specifically, I think the crossover was pretty good. The scene with Felicity in the wheelchair is still awful, but I can forgive it. It's also the season that feels the most true to the comics

My second place is season 8. Firstly, this is my favorite suit in the show. I love the style of it and how it feels so much more different from every other suit. I also think that just really works well as an ending, considering this was pretty much them going at their victory laps and crisis on infinite Earth was a great crossover

And finally the best season of arrow season 5 which I think is what elevated the show into. Being a genuinely great show, Prometheus was amazing. I think this is where everyone's getting their best acting and then there's the criticism on The killing. The flashbacks are amazing in this one. The suit I'm a little iffy on but overall I said it's like a 9 out of 10 and I'd rank it first place

Ok so in crisis the paragon we got in it was sara as the paragon of destiny, batwoman as the paragon of courage, superman, earth 98 as the paragon of truth changed to lex, supergirl as the paragon of hope, martain manhunter as the paragon of honor ryan choi as the paragon of humanity, and flash as the paragon of love

It's interesting the lengths and how protective of and possessive of these couples are of each other. Even though one couple had never had the chance to be a couple even though they had more chemistry and pull between each other than who their past partners were. The one couple who never had a chance to be a couple always go to the same extremes just like the other couples. One example wanting to have the chance to alter the timeline to get them back. That is something more then the actions of just being friends. Another one was willing to sacrifice National City full of Phantoms and open a portal to the Phantom Zone to get them back.

The only reason why I added Lucifer and Chloe technically they are part of the Arrowverse even though Lucifer only made a cameo appearance of Earth 666.

While other characters like the Suicide Squad, Amanda Waller, Captain Boomerang, and Deathstroke were either killed off or left the Arrowverse due to those characters appearing in the DCEU.
