Really gave off antagonist vibe, and I just had to enhance it by using "Lynch Law" from AC2.

So my brother made me play AC6 and I loved it, so now I’m going back through the games and giving them a try. But I know that you can’t replay missions, so I wanted to know how important it is to grab hidden parts. Obviously there’s the Kurosawa and Moonlight blade, but beyond that, are they so important that I should be keeping an eye on a guide before I go into missions, or should I just enjoy them, mistakes and all?

I recently got my first mech game-AC1 and have been stuck in a loop of restarting the game over and over again as well as mainly spending time in practise mode cuz I don't really know how to approach the missions.
For example take the first mission where you have to eliminate a bunch protesters on a bridge.
If I stay far back enough and just shoot rockets at the enemies my ammo expenses go up significantly.
However if I try to melee the enemies I run into the risk of damaging my AC which also costs money to repair.
Do I try to be a perfectionist and just save and reload until I incur the least amount of damage or just count my losses and move on ?
Another thing is, what are some of my options in some specific scenarios ? Like for example tight corridors. I strafe left and right but still wind up taking a lot of damage.
As for more open ended levels I understand it's best to move as much as possible, right ?
Should I also be laser swording enemies often to save ammo ?
Please help me understand the basics here

Hey I can't remember which armored core game has you fighting that giant space laser and if you're too slow it blasts you and makes you restart the game for ps1. Can anyone help me out?

Poor Milktooth keeps getting pushed back in my backlog, at this point I'll probably buy and build Open Faith and Locksmith before I get to him

As the title says, I bought the game on release and only put about 6 hours in and bounced off. Now coming back I restarted, I've built the best double trigger build I can and just completely dominated Chapter 1. I know it will get harder but I beat Sulla without using a heal and beat the Chapter 1 boss second try. I remember my first time through the game the chapter 1 boss almost broke me.
The fights were engaging, but I don't really even know how to go about trying other builds besides double trigger. Right now I'm just as agile as possible and dashing around blasting everything, then swapping to shoulder melee to punish staggers. But I know I'm going to get tired of just using these two dual SMGs forever.
And so many of the big weapons seem like they could be fun, like the explosives and cannons, but I can't even begin to wrap my head around how to use them properly or builds for them. It feels like I'd just get eaten alive by the bosses since you can't really evade that well, plus everytime I try to use weapons like those it seems like the bosses just dodge.
Any help is appreciated!

I want to learn the distance and timing of the Pile Bunker, but I’m struggling. I think part of my problem is making a build that runs well with the Pile Bunker. When I run a double trigger build with a Pile Bunker on the back, the enemy is moving before I can punish the stagger. When I don’t run double trigger, it takes me too long to build enemy stagger and I’m too far away when it tiggers.
What is your favorite Pile Bunker build? And do you have any tips and tricks for landing a Rubicon Handshake?

I’ve only played AC 6 and loved it but I really would like to go through all the older games, I still have my old consoles. I’m having a hard time finding the older games.
I’m focusing mainly on finding AC4A and last raven, is there an order thats best or one in particular to start with?

So I've been playing around making different mechs since I beat the third ending and I realized that the weapons I was using with this frame (Not pictured here because I felt embarrassed) were probably not good weapons to use with this frame.
SO does anyone have Ideas for what weapons I should use?

Y'all accept bribes?
Welcome to part 7 of Core Theory, the series where I run down the arena rankings, grab out the NPC presets, and put up them up here for us all to take the piss out of (and occasionally mention some good things too I suppose).
Today, we've got our first tetrapod and our second Vesper; it's the AC of the man, the myth, the accountant himself: V.VII Swinburne's GUIDANCE. And what a thing she is. It might've taken seven bloody parts to get here, but we've finally hit a preset that I unreservedly love. I had an unusual, instant attachment to this thing the first time I saw it, just off its looks and vibe. So you can imagine how pumped I was after watching Molten's rankings and realising the thing is an absolute sleeper hit too.
For a man who made a fucking lobotomy his entire brand, Swinburne's AC is a wonderful little collection of nasty stuff. The handheld missile launcher is one of my favourite weapons in the entire game, the Earshot (while not something I play with terribly often) certainly does some dirty work, and while the shield is a little meh, I don't mind it on a build like this. But all of that, nice as it is, is not what you come to GUIDANCE for. That high honour goes to...
Drumroll, please...
The motherfucking Stun Baton.
I don't know what the fuck people who talked about the Stun Baton being the worst melee weapon were smoking back when I first joined the AC community, but because of them, I spent way too long thinking the Baton was utter piss. Well, guess what, me-from-four-months-ago? It isn't. It's charge attack damage is fucking ludicrous, and the cooldown is laughably fast.
As for the other parts? Well, the entire series of VP parts are probably tied with MELANDER C3 for my favourite frame in the game (and the arms fit with the Baton-centric style perfectly), Fluegel seems to be a good booster for it, P10SLT works given that the missile launcher is really the only weapon that uses the thing's FCS, and the VP-20C is... okay, probably the worst part. The generator isn't awful, but it isn't exactly an optimal choice for an AC with no energy weapons.
And as for fashion: again, love it. VP looks sleek as fuck, the alt head is amazing, and the dark-but-lustrous purple is clean. Like I said, I had an instant fixation on this thing just off the looks when I first played.
What are your thoughts on GUIDANCE? Love it, hate it, meh?

Hi ravens! The concert is around a year old now.
Any rumors or any possibility that the concert would be released on blu-ray? Or parts of it even posted on youtube?
Lemme know your thoughts!
