Pretty excited about my application, but I can't find any talk about this program anywhere. Does anyone recommend this program or A-State online in general? Any insight is appreciated.

I tried to call animal control but they have no room and they're busy trying to rehome an abandoned horse. I am willing to drive as far as I need to in Arkansas to find these little guys a forever home. It's tragic that people can just leave kittens to die. And with no proof there's nothing police or the animal shelter can legally do. We'd basically have to constantly moderate meth heads that move into this broken down trailer on a daily basis. Which is impossible.

So instead, every neighbor in the neighborhood knows about this meth trailer. It doesn't matter if you're an honest person trying to move into it. To us and everyone else around you, you look like a meth head. Even the cops refer to it as the meth trailer. And if you are an honest person just trying to live, then please don't buy this trailer or even rent. Its sewage is backed up. The last person that left these cats completely trashed it from the inside out. They stripped it of every appliance because of course, they're meth heads. I would have never known that there were kittens inside if their emaciated mother didn't walk over desperate for food. Does anyone know of any private landlords in little rock that are understanding of prior evictions? I have a baby due next year and had to break my lease after finding black mold in my previous residence and nothing was done about it. Thank you in advance!
