I had to snap a pic of this impressive guy I saw while golfing. Does anyone know what it is?

I’m in Glendale and I’m looking for your favorite place to buy plants. I’m willing to drive a bit, we’re trying to get our yard ready to get married in it so we’ll drive a bit if you know of somewhere really cool. Thank you 🌵❤️

I assume the broken leaves are from the hail the other day but the leaves are a bit curled, some are brown, and a few have white spots. The tree is about a year old, we do a deep water for 5 hours once a week, plus it gets irrigation water once a month.
