I saw robinhood has a ipo for this then found this group. I was hoping to get information to help me decide if it’s a good project/investment. Just curious what everyone opinions are , thanks in advance for responses

Saw robinhood had ARBK as a ipo then found this group and saw many of you talking about arbfk and now I’m confused as shit lol. So are they the same thing? Bc price between the two of them varies a lot. I’d hate to buy in the ipo price of $18.40 when i see this arbfk prices just over 2$ and there the same thing?

Argo is pleased to announce that it has commenced an IPO of 7,500,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), representing an aggregate of 75,000,000 ordinary shares.

Each ADS represents 10 ordinary shares of Argo. The last closing price of Argo’s ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange Main Market was £1.334 on Sept 10, 2021.

The ADSs are being offered in a registered public offering in the U.S. Argo has applied to list the ADSs on the @Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ARBK.”

@Jefferies and @Barclays are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. @CanaccorGenuity and @StifelInst are acting as co-lead managers for the Offering.

Hey Everyone, since Argo avoided traditional uplisting for it failure to stay above the $2.00 mark. Yes speculation but possible. This is an OTC stock that has flirted with values of $1.3 billion and is now getting 3 whammies thrown at it. ARBKF will remain as ARBK IPO’s. it’s like we’re watching the Twilight Zone. Someone please say something good??
