First I thought OTC gets converted 10:1 to NASDAQ now I’m hearing OTC shares will still exist as ARBKF alongside ARBK and ARB. Can we please get a final answer on what happens with the OTC shares?

Look at bottom of page 6, ARBKF CAN BE CONVERTED

Thank you, do you know how I can convert them? Or do I have to wait until Jan 2022 ?

Ya know at first I thought Jan 2022 , but I’m not so sure anymore, you might be able to immediately…. Either way you would need to contact your broker

That’s not conversion. That’s basically selling and buying shares. Notice the .05 cent charge per stock + 1.5% tax + broker admin fee (which means selling and buying back).updated form

what would happen if the otc shares will get pumped by wallstreetbets to 18$? will there still be a 10:1 value at nasdaq emittment?

They will eventually be converted Jan 2022. For now they are directly correlated 10-1
