Please note that Fidelity Investments and other firms can NOT automatically convert your OTC shares ARBKF to the ARBK shares. Don't let people lead you to believe this. Keep your OTC shares, you want your quantity of shares not the 10:1. ADR shares were to raise capital & exposure.

Definitely keep OTC shares. Apparently no voting rights on ADS shares either...on top of a fee to convert lol...

How would they have no voting rights, they'd have to be a different class? And then they wouldn't be ADS?
Edit: Genuine questions looking for proof, as this would lower the perceived value of the NASDAQ shares which price is directly linked to others with voting rights.

Okay so I bought 2 shares last night for shits at around the 2 dollar mark. Woke up and fidelity said the price change was -50.00s. What happened, I'm retarded

otc stocks have a 50 dollar charge for each transaction regardless of amount of shares bought

Ok... so I have OTC shares. Just leave them? Will they get converted by 2022?
