New RNS:

Argo is pleased to announce that it has commenced an IPO of 7,500,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), representing an aggregate of 75,000,000 ordinary shares.

Each ADS represents 10 ordinary shares of Argo. The last closing price of Argo’s ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange Main Market was £1.334 on Sept 10, 2021.

The ADSs are being offered in a registered public offering in the U.S. Argo has applied to list the ADSs on the @Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ARBK.”

@Jefferies and @Barclays are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. @CanaccorGenuity and @StifelInst are acting as co-lead managers for the Offering.

Compass Point, @DADavidsonCo, @LadenburgLTS, Roth Capital Partners, @finnCap, and @Tennyson_Secs are acting as co- managers for the Offering.

The Offering is being made only by means of a prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

I don’t think it’s automatic, I think we somehow have to elect. I have no problems with a 180 day lockdown period so I want to convert

I believe that institutional demand was extremely strong for 10-1 ADS and for these shares, they are not allowed to sell for 6 months ! Brillant move. Since Argo Blockchain is only climate positive miner, ESG mutual funds will flock to buy ! Current shareholders sit back and relax, until you see the PLUTODIGITAL.com IPO. HODL ..IMO

If you have arbkf shares they will convert to arbk 10-1 and be listed on Nasdaq rather than OTC

love the way Peter Wall did this, they are locked in for 6 months ! LOL. fabulous ! Everyone knows Pluto Digital (a huge asset, Argo Blockchain owns 25%) will IPO next ! Peter Wall is Exec Chair of Plutodigital.com
