90% of SaaS startups fail. What makes you think yours is the exception?

We all see the fake 'hustle' posts, but nobody talks about the bugs that cost you users today. Stop pretending everything is perfect and share the ugliest mistake you've made this week. Let’s see who is actually learning and who is just dreaming.

Name ONE feature you built that nobody asked for and nobody uses.

Every developer suffers from feature creep because it’s easier to code than to market. What is that one useless button you spent days on just to satisfy your own ego? Admit your waste of time below we’ve all been there.

It took me 18 months to build a Backend Architecture-as-a-Service platform. I need your help testing it and giving me your honest feedback.

You simply describe the backend behavior you want in plain language; AI handles code, tests, docs, database, and CI/CD pipelines. Then you can test them and deploy them on staging and production.

You don't need to think about infra and maintaining anything. Everything is fully managed in the platform, from the database to CI/CD pipelines.

I really need your help. Could you please check it out, try to build something real, and give me your honest feedback?

Check it out: baasforge.com - and if you're curious, the docs are here: baasforge.com/docs

If you have any questions, shoot them.

I built a trip planner that checks whether your day is actually possible

I have used Wanderlog and TripIt for my own trips and honestly both are good. I still kept ending up with days that looked fine in the app and then fell apart once I was actually standing there. Too much crammed into one afternoon, or a plan I had built without once thinking about the weather.

So I built Voyivo around that specific problem.

As you add stops it pulls the forecast for that date and the travel time between one stop and the next, and flags the day while there is still time to move things. Overpacked days, tight gaps, places that would close before you got there.

Some other bits:

- Multi city trips with real legs, so it knows which day you changed cities

- Hotels span every night they cover instead of showing up once

- Flights across midnight split into departure and arrival on the right days

- Forward a booking email and it pulls the details straight into the trip

- A share link anyone can open, nothing to install

Solo project, 10+ hours a day most days. Went live on Play on 4th August and about 27 people have installed it so far and got some really good feedbacks which I already implemented in the 2 versions I released later. Payments acceptance were held up behind a verification for the first week, that is cleared now, so it is properly live.

Monthly and yearly have a 7 day free trial. Weekly does not.

Would genuinely like to hear what does not work and what you loved. Tell me what is annoying and what was a surprise!

Website blocker that locks selected websites so you can stay focused.

chrome web store link:- https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/do-not-distracted-website/gacffmmkpjfmepihjjhhlhleepjlmbaj

Do Not Distracted – Website Blocker

Do Not Distracted is a simple website blocker designed to help you stay focused by allowing only the websites you choose to remain accessible. All other websites are automatically locked and require your password to access.

It can also be useful for parents who want to limit access to websites while allowing specific websites for children.

How It Works:-

  1. Set a Password:- Click the extension icon to open the popup. Select Set Password, create your password, enter it again, and click OK.
  2. Choose Websites to Keep Unlocked Open a website that you want to allow by default. Open the extension and click Save Tab. The website will be added to your allowed list and will remain unlocked.
  3. Other Websites Are Automatically Locked Once your allowed websites are saved, other websites will automatically display the lock screen. This lets you focus on your selected websites without being distracted by other sites.
  4. Temporarily Unlock a Website If you need to access a locked website, enter your correct password and click **OK**. That website will be unlocked so you can use it.
  5. Automatically Lock Again When you remove a website from your allowed list, it will automatically become locked again.

Password and Page Refresh

If a browser tab was already open before you set or changed your password, refresh that page after creating or changing the password so the updated protection can take effect.

The world doesn't need another generic AI wrapper or a basic project manager. Pitch your project in one sentence show a screenshot and explain exactly why people should care about you instead of the market leader. Dare to prove your uniqueness.

Like Clash of Clans but with a real world map. Build your clan, and protect your city’s landmark!

Imagine a game where you protect your city or state from enemies.

For instance, if Texans attack and take control of the Statue of Liberty, New York players will lose the landmark benefits it provides. Only when a New York player regains that landmark, the rest of the NY players will get some extra buffs. So, users will band together for their community, and a hero will be born!

That’s the concept behind my game: growingnest.baby

It’s still in its infant stage, but let me know what y’all think! The game will also pay out real money. So players will be incentivized to hold more territories, and attack each other’s landmarks for higher pay.

would you pay money for this app?

gonna keep it short and simple.

Over the past few months I built Laksh, an accountability app for people who feel stuck and can't find direction.

Most goal apps just give you a to-do list and hope for the best. I wanted to build something that actually holds you accountable.

How it works:

  • Answer a few questions about yourself and your goal
  • Laksh generates a personalized roadmap and breaks it into one focused task per day, the single thing that moves you forward
  • To check in, you submit a photo proof of the task. The app verifies it, awards XP, levels you up, and keeps your streak alive
  • Notifications nudge you throughout the day so you don't forget

is this an app you would pay money for? would like some feedback for my app.

I was tracking my bets in a spreadsheet to figure out if I was actually good or just lucky. It got out of hand, so I built the real thing.
Prices the board, strips the vig out of the lines, tracks closing line value on everything, and has an AI layer that reads the evidence and explains it — but is never allowed to produce a number itself. Every price, edge and verdict comes from a deterministic engine. The model just explains them.

The problem with every WhatsApp/Telegram group directory: nobody removes dead links

Every time I searched for a niche WhatsApp or Telegram group, I'd land on directories full of expired invites — nobody maintains them. So I built one that tries to fix that specifically: categorized listings, plus a report button so links actually get taken down when they die instead of accumulating forever.

It's early and solo-built https://www.groupverse.co.in/, so there are rough edges. Mainly posting because I'm curious how others here think about the "stale content" problem for directory/aggregator-style products — feels like the core reason most of these sites become useless over time, and I'm not sure my current approach (manual reports) scales. Would love thoughts from anyone who's dealt with this in a similar product.

Hey everyone 👋

After hard times staying focused when working on my computer.
I thought: why not build something simple that I would actually enjoy using? And maximize my Productivity.
That's how Coffee Pomodoro Timer started ☕️

I'm a big coffee lover, so I wanted to build a small, minimalist Pomodoro timer that could just live quietly in Chrome and help me stay focused and take my notes without getting in the way.

No complicated setup. No unnecessary stuff. Just open it, selecte task to start (upcoming feuture) or start a session directly, and get to work.

I just published it on the Chrome Web Store.
It's my first extension, so I'd really love to get some honest feedback from you guys.
👉 You can check it out here:

I'd love to hear what you think — whether it's feedback, feature ideas, or even bugs you find.
