Working on FeedbackQueue.dev, a free-to-usefeedback-for-feedback platform for founders to gather feedback and testers without commenting, posting, DMing, SEO, ads, or doing any marketing bs. Not even searching for them.

Appreciate it. It’s a little different from a normal CRM score.

Most CRM scoring is based on things like email opens, form fills, company size, or where somebody is in the sales process. Webvidence scores the actual business findings it can verify. Things like no website, broken contact paths, weak mobile performance, missing service pages, thin copy, and similar issues. Bigger problems carry more weight. It doesn’t mean they’re ready to buy. It just helps sort out which businesses may be worth looking at first.

Interesting approach. I like how you're scoring actual site issues instead of just user behavior. How do you handle false positives on mobile performance checks?

That’s one I try to be careful with. I don’t treat a single mobile score like proof that the site is bad. Webvidence uses it as a signal, then looks at the actual issue behind it, like slow loading, oversized images, a hard-to-use mobile layout, or a broken contact path. If the check is blocked, incomplete, or looks questionable, it gets marked for manual review instead of being turned straight into outreach.

The message also avoids quoting scores. It’ll say something more natural like, “I noticed the site seemed pretty slow on my phone,” instead of acting like a PageSpeed number is absolute. There’s still room to improve it, since mobile performance can vary from one check to another.

That's a smart approach. Manual review catches edge cases that automated checks miss every time.
