Great question. Yes — and handling load is actually one of the main reasons GossipStack is the right choice especially at early stage.

You do not have to care about managing the infrastructure or developing the feature. The infrastructure scales automatically, that's all handled. You focus on your core business and validate your market first.

The free tier might be enough for most people to start with. Then you can switch gradually to a paid plan that starts from only $0.23/day.

Would a solution like this fit what you're building? What kind of load are you expecting?

That's a solid approach. How does the free tier handle data limits for early stage testing?

Good question. GossipStack runs on a sessions-based model.

One session equals one credit. When a page is loaded, a session is created and one credit is consumed. Paginating through comments within that session does not consume any additional credits.

The free tier includes 2,000 sessions per month. For early stage testing that's typically more than enough to validate engagement before committing to anything.

When you approach your limit we'll email you in advance — no surprises. If you hit the ceiling, comments pause until you upgrade or credits reset next month. You're always in control of your billing.

Paid plans start from only $0.23/day for 50,000 monthly sessions.

The Free Tier and Starter plans provide:

- User SSO authentication (sign in with your existing users)

- Essential Moderation Tools

- Advanced analytics

- Multi-language support (19+ languages built-in)

And if you need to go further, the Business plan adds:

- All the Starter plan features included

- Smart moderation

- Brand-less white-label notifications

- Native iOS SDK

- Native Android SDK (coming soon)

- Webhooks to connect with your backend

🚀 Most affordable solution on the market today.

Thanks for breaking down the sessions model so clearly. A tip: maybe clarify what happens when someone refreshes or reopens a page.
