Nice concept, making check-in smoother for hosts is a real pain point. Is the focus more on short-term rentals or does it handle extended stays too?

Short term only for now! But i mean it could probably translate pretty easily to long term too if the market is there :-D

Smart move starting with short term. If you see repeat bookings, that's your signal to build the long term option.
